Effective date: July 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of the BuzzMe platform provided by RoelTech Innovations (Pty) Ltd (“Provider”). By subscribing to or using BuzzMe, the client agrees to these terms.
1. The service
BuzzMe is a cloud call centre and client service platform (“Service”) designed for telemarketing, inbound support, SMS communication, ticketing, voicemail handling, and related customer service workflows.
2. Subscription pricing
The standard BuzzMe subscription starts at R1,500 per month for 3 agent seats. Each additional agent seat is charged at R400 per month.
Subscription pricing may be updated from time to time, but any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next billing period unless otherwise agreed.
3. Usage charges
Voice and SMS usage is billed separately at pass-through carrier rates plus a 15% service fee for management and platform integration.
These variable usage charges depend on actual calling and messaging activity and may differ from month to month.
4. Account responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the security of their organisation’s agent accounts, passwords, and access controls.
- Credentials must not be shared between users.
- Clients should disable access promptly for staff who no longer require it.
- Any suspected unauthorised use should be reported to us as soon as possible.
5. Acceptable use
BuzzMe may only be used for lawful, professional business communications.
- No spam, unsolicited bulk abuse, or deceptive campaigns.
- No illegal activity or use that infringes the rights of others.
- No harassment, threats, abusive content, or misuse of customer contact data.
6. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable, best-effort uptime, but availability depends partly on third-party infrastructure providers, including AWS and carrier networks.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, provider outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Client data ownership
The client retains ownership of its business data stored in the Service, including call recordings, tickets, leads, notes, and related communication records.
The Provider manages the hosting environment, infrastructure, and software needed to operate the Service, but does not take ownership of client content.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service by giving 30 days’ written notice.
On request, we can make a reasonable data export available before final closure, subject to account verification, settlement of outstanding fees, and technical limits of the platform at that time.
9. Limitation of liability
BuzzMe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the platform stable and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free from every defect at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
11. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties will first try to resolve it through good-faith negotiation.
If the issue cannot be resolved that way, it will be referred to arbitration in South Africa, unless both parties agree to another lawful process.
